( hilda will likely be a second season student next term which means some of her grades aren't in the best standing right now! older students/teachers might recognize her last name or be familiar with her brother. feel free to run with that as you see fit. i'd still love a maker for her, but more info about her au backstory can be found here! )

— library clean up
[ Who would have thought that failing to turn in homework would result in library clean up duty? That could be the only explanation to the pink-haired maiden's presence amongst the disarray of books and dust. There's little that can be done to persuade an immoveable object to move - but maybe there's some sort of unstoppable force that can do just that.

Anyone else wandering into the library may see her staring forlornly at a neat little stack of books that she's arranged on a table. Upon realizing someone else is lingering she perks up, eyes lighting up with genuine relief. Her cheeks are flush with a pink that appears to bloom like a flower unfurling towards the sun. ]

Oh, thank goodness. I thought I was going to drown in books there for a minute until you walked in.

[ Those that wander a little further into the stacks and rows of bookshelves might come across Hilda definitely not cleaning. In fact, she's curled up asleep on a very comfy looking armchair tucked out of the way and hopefully out of sight from anyone that's really taking this book tidying to heart. ]
— pumpkin gone wild
[ There's no hiding her complete displeasure when they're marched towards the greenhouse to try and help out root out the problem from the source. There's some skin in the game for her of course. The last thing she wants is to wake up in a jungle or unable to get out of her room the next morning giving her another reason to be late for class that isn't of her own doing. Before diving into their "class" for the day she can't help but sigh. ]

I can't decide what's worse. Sparring with an actual partner or having to try and prune back vines with a mind of their own.

[ Whatever efforts or dents they seem to make that day seem futile the next. Vines curl and twist along the hallways and it's as Hilda feared - she's stuck in her room with no way out thanks to the vines deadbolting her door. She has to hope that pounding on her door will attract someone's attention. Or if that doesn't work maybe her crying (?) will. Either way, it's clear that she won't be attending class if someone doesn't lend her a hand. ]
