A Nightmarish CurseCW: Radiation sickness/poisoning, death
[Perhaps you have stumbled upon the wrong nightmare or you entered it intentionally because of how Kirk is screaming himself into a bloody mess in his bed, or maybe you're at his bedside unable to see his nightmare as you try to cure his curse as his voice breaks and he paints himself purple, but either way... welcome to his cursed nightmare.
The first thing that feels wrong is how unnaturally smooth and metal all the walls are, gray and well lit, or they were-- the lights flash as the world seems to tilt spin making walls become floors.. Or are these the floors and you were just on the walls? With a lurch it doesn't matter as the floor tilts dangerously as metal screeches in protest. It feels like the very building is about to collapse in on itself as people scream.
As you start to slip and slide down the hallway as it tilts almost vertical, the ground and walls are too smooth to grab onto. Your heart lurches into your throat as you careen down the slope uncontrollably.]
Quick! Gimme your hand--!
[The voice is familiar, as Kirk reaches out as you slide by him. He catches your hand, gripping it tightly as he cries out from the force of it almost dislocating his arm. But he holds on to the banister as another person falls right past you both, Kirk's eyes wide with horror.
Before long the building rights itself and Kirk is pulling himself to his feet, helping you up before running down the hallway.]
Scotty! Chekov! [He yells into a device in his hand, flinching at every person he can't help, and they seem endless around him. People dying, holding on for their life, screaming for help, all of them looking to him while he has to run passed them because he needs to fix the ship to save them.
This is his fault, it's all his fault. He can't save them, he can't save them, he can't--
He throws the device aside, frustrated that he lost the two people he needs to save his ship, to save his crew.]
