[Yuri appreciates Bones not batting an eye at getting insulted. He knows he's abrasive on a good day, and most people (for good reason) don't put up with it. That Bones is still willing to talk to him - and relate to him - is pretty important.

Everyone's a work in progress. That's him for sure, though he isn't sure if he'll ever actually improve. It doesn't feel like that's possible, right now.

He pokes a bit at the oatmeal with his spoon, considering what the hell to do next. Normally, if he didn't just have a whole conversation about opening, he'd tell someone to fuck off. That isn't an option here, which means he's kind of at a loss as to where to go next.

He doesn't want to bring up the younger sister of the thrall girls, he's sure of that. Just thinking about her is still really painful. He isn't sure he wants to talk about the thrall girls either -- if he does he isn't sure he'll be able to keep the oatmeal down. There's his Maker, but that's a bit gossipy....

The food at the orphanage was mostly crap, and when I was recovering from brain surgery I couldn't handle solid foods. So I don't really give a shit about it.
